Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Sale & Marketing Manager to develop & Implement effective Marketing & Sales Strategy. You will be responsible for planning and executing Sales, Marketing & Product development programs that will meet pre-determined targets of customer acquisition. In the coming year, we plan to launch new Markets across the Country & look forward to having you with us on the journey. You will be a critical member of our leadership team as we continue our organic growth. If you have a history of successfully meeting and exceeding enterprise sales goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience
Create & Implement strategic Sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
- Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals.
- Complete market research & analyze the results to adjust sales & marketing strategy for maximum success.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts.
- Recruits & develop sales teams across the regions
Education & Skills :
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute
- Experience of solution sales with technology as the backbone and healthcare at therefore front
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
