Head - Up Selling - Telesales - Internet/Online (5-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
- Managing the entire sales cycle starting from lead generation, follow up, contract signing, rate negotiations, deal closing and collection
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing clients
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Strategize revenue generation and deeper penetration into the account base.
- Responsible for sales and deployment of Enterprise Xoxoday products like Enterprise portals for Employee, Channel and Consumer R&R and Loyalty.
- Ensure effective bridging between internal teams to leverage maximum reach and sales.
- Inform and educate customers about product roadmaps.
- Experience of managing large B2B Tele upsell teams
- Report on sales metrics - sales target vs achieved, meetings, calls, mails and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
