1. Leading the Tele-Sales Team from the front, guiding them and extracting the desired output from the Team.

5. Responsible for the Profitability of the Venture.
6. Create referrals for corporate and salaried clients
7. Follow-ups on Leads

Minimum 4+ Years' experience in Team Leader Position for Personal Loan products
