What Activities will He/she perform

1. Leading the Tele-Sales Team from the front, guiding them and extracting the desired output from the Team.

2. Maintain a complete database of existing clients

3. Query handling

4. Keep track of cases in the process

5. Responsible for the Profitability of the Venture.

6. Create referrals for corporate and salaried clients

7. Follow-ups on Leads

Good command of the English Language and Excellent Communication

Graduate

What is the minimum acceptable experience?

Minimum 4+ Years' experience in Team Leader Position for Personal Loan products

1. Flair for English Speaking with Good Vocabulary

2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

3. Good Financial Understanding

4. Fair IT Knowledge

1. Division Profit & Loss Account
