Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Driving effective client base coverage across the base
- Ensuring adherence to operating, legal & regulatory standards as applicable to the business. Viz. CDD/AML/NESS/APF/NSDL/AIR etc.
Key Deliverable :
- Meeting line wise business plan for the year
- Managing compliance and controls across the team
Certifications :
- NISM Demat/MF
- IRDA (LI/GI)
- Internal certification as applicable to solicit sales
- Supervisory training
