Head - Technical Services - Flexible Packaging converting Unit (15-25 yrs)
1. Perform technical support in developing new product by marketing team.
2. Test and run the feasibility check and ensure that the new product will run smoothly.
3. Maintenance of Customer Complaint Management System .
4. Provide the guidance to the team for solving the queries/trouble shooting various issues etc.
5. Liaisoning with the respective department for solution of the complaints.
6. Preparation of the MIS /reports on technical support issues, develop FAQ for end user etc.
7. Support the new product development team in configuration of the product without any hassle.
8. Maintenance of Customer Complaint Management System.
9. Understanding of converting process & Applications
10. Resolving customer complaints on daily basis
11. Track and update the solution .
12. Monthly dashboard to be prepared and shared with the concerned stakeholders.
