Head - Service Marketing - FMCG/Retail/Consumer Durables (12-15 yrs)
- Driving servicing initiatives to deliver best in industry after sales service
- Strengthening service network in the region to minimize turnaround time in resolving customers complaints.
- Maintaining regular interaction with distributors, dealers, showrooms and franchisees to enhance standard of service delivery. Providing training to service partner personnel to keep their skill level up-to-date.
- Interfacing with customers to build customer centric image of the company to ensure their continuous patronage.
