Head/Senior Manager/Manager - Business Development - Audit Firm (5-8 yrs)

This is a Senior Management position who would be directly co creating with the CEO, the growth opportunities of the Firm/ Company.

- The Business Development Head(BDH) is to constantly look at various business opportunities that can be served by the company making use of rich and diversified resources available within the company.

- BDH to meet Corporates, Foreign Consulates or their Business Cells, Investment Bankers, VC/ PE's, HNI Wealth Managers, Big 4 firms, top consulting Firms, other Business enablers, etc, to get new business that can be served and delivered by a team with more than 50 plus years expertise & experience.

- To Participate in the Business seminars/workshops etc where Business promoters /CEO/CFO's attend, network with them and explore business opportunities.

 - Our Sweet spot is business with 50crs to 250crs turnover or Funded Start-ups with high growth potential or HNI's with more than 5cr Financial assets.

- Steer ahead of the Marketing efforts of our company including Managing & Updation of website through the service providers, managing the social media interface, providing content for blog to be published, reaching various publications to the right business prospects etc and take up other initiatives which will bring in business opportunities.

- Should lead the Business development initiative, as this will be a new initiative being taken by the firm/company he should be hands on person in this area and not much professional internal help will be available in this segment.

- The rest of the team members are technically strong delivery specialist and can manage clients well on ongoing engagements, we currently do not have any formal team doing Business development.

Required Candidate profile

- MBA (Finance)/ CA with at least 5 to 8 yrs experience in Business Development.

- Should have past experience in developing business for Companies such as Management consultancy Companies or Financial services company or ISO Audit companies or Corporate Wealth Management companies or like.

- Should have experience in B2B Business development.

- Should have experience in developing business in Mid Size companies in the range of Rs. 50 cr to 250 cr revenues.

- Should be an empowering conversationalist and go getter.

- Should have high energy.


- Should be an outgoing person and good in Networking.

- Local candidates from Bangalore preferred.
