Role & Responsibilities
Planning and Execution :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global content strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and brand vision. Ensure the content strategy supports the
- e-commerce platform's goals, including traffic growth, user engagement, conversion, and retention.
SEO and Traffic Generation :
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Focus on optimizing website architecture, speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical factors to improve search engine visibility.
Social Media Strategy :
- Develop and oversee a robust social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage the online community.
AI and Technology Integration :
- Stay at the forefront of AI and NLP advancements to continuously innovate and integrate the latest technologies into the e-commerce platform.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Project Management and Quality Control :
- Evaluate and implement project management tools to ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with technical specifications.
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse content team. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
Partner Management :
- Develop key alliances with large companies like Google, Meta, Adobe, and Twitter, and manage relationships with SEO content and social media tech partner agencies.
Ideal Candidate :
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certifications in SEO, Content Creation, and Management are a plus.
Work Experience :
- 12-15 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services/E-commerce companies. At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
Skills :
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, AI, and project management.
- Extensive experience in e-commerce with a strong understanding of traffic generation, conversion optimization, and user experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
