Head - Search Engine Optimization (6-11 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Own the responsibility for driving relevant organic traffic from search engines
2. Create SEO strategies to deliver quarter on quarter growth to achieve mission of doubling SEO traffic over a 1 year period
3. Create On-Page Plan, Content Plan, Link Building Plan, and Technical SEO
4. Execute on the plans and lead a team of SEO executives
5. Work with Content team to get relevant content created
6. Work with PPC, Sales, Branding and other marketing team to improve SEO plans, or help them via SEO
Qualifications:
1. Min 6 years of SEO experience (ideally 8-10 years or more)
2. Min 2 years of experience of managing people / leading a team
3. Significant experience in eCommerce
4. Excellent Excel Skills
5. Proven track record of creating excellent on-page, link building and technical SEO strategies
6. Ability to deliver on high quality and relevant link building
7. Decent understanding of HTML, regex, javascript
8. Experience with ahrefs or similar tools
9. Strong Analytical Skills
10. Technical Degree strongly preferred - BTech / BCA / MCA / Bachelors in IT, etc.
11. Experience with GA4 implementation, is preferred
12. Mature, Independent, Learner paying Attention to Detail and with historical job consistency
