Job Description:
The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's sales objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends to drive revenue growth.
- Set sales targets and goals, and establish sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including setting sales quotas, territories, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
