Head - Sales - Warehouse/Cold Storage (4-15 yrs)

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales leader for one of our subsidiary companies to join our team and drive our sales and marketing operations from our headquarters in Coimbatore.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors/GM, he will be in charge of creating and running the "sales engine," which may include multiple resources.

Experience : 4 - 15 years

Qualification: Graduate in Marketing or MBA or with proven track record in Refrigeration /Automobile Industry

Job Description:

- Build "that" sales engine, lead the sales department, execute sales and marketing strategies.

- Adhere to KPI and KRA on a timely manner and drive the Sales engine.

- Own and train CRM for the company, mentor the team to follow sales discipline.

- Sales and Marketing responsibility for Refrigerated Transport Systems including containers (Wet/Dry) focusing on monthly / quarterly/yearly targets assigned

- Developing customer database, key accounts and responsible for appointment with potential customers

- Understand the customer requirements and co-ordinate the sales department with engineers to provide the best solution.

- Define and roll out related business verticals

- Build strong customer relationships.

- Meeting with Automotive dealers/customers continuously to represent our capabilities

- Alert the management regarding the market fluctuations and oversee the challenges and opportunities.

Skills Required :

- Proven working experience with managing a sales team.

- Knowledge of sourcing and selling techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market

- Talent in negotiations and networking

- Good knowledge in Logistics, Automotive Dealer Network and HVAC Industry

- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

- Experience in collecting and analyzing data. How can we do better than the competition?

- Strong leadership capabilities.

- Strong work ethics, not a clock watcher.

- Experience in Selling Cold store projects will be an added advantage
