Head - Sales- Travel & Tourism Industry (5-7 yrs)
Job Description
A Sales Head is responsible for leading our customer interactions and creating sales revenue from new and existing customers plus maximizing revenue generation within multiple product lines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities
- Understands customer requirements, build trust and share knowledge and expertise about the different options available
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Skills
- Educated to a degree level
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Experience within either the tourism / hospitality industry would be a huge plus
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast paced organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
