Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our tractor sales division. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performance sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet market requirements.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and sales analytics for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Years of experience in sales management within the tractor or agricultural machinery industry.
