Head - Sales - Synthetic Rubber (10-14 yrs)
Designation - Sales Head - SR (Synthetic Rubber)
Working Location - Mumbai
Experience - Min 10-12 years from same products only
1) To prepare strategy & deployment plan for developing Industrial Business on PAN India basis
2) Work closely with Technical/Manufacturing team towards creating new product offering.
3) Understand customer needs to offer value proposition for products & services.
4) Prepare Annual Operating Plans & Long Term Strategic Planning for industrial business
5) Develop strong distributors network, coordinate,guide & train them to set up sales target
6) Set up Territory mapping customer wise and plan for the resources required
7) Conduct weekly sales follow up and arrange monthly/periodic reviews and meetings
8) Provide timely and accurate forecast and have close interaction with SCM & Planning for timely execution of customer orders
