Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head - Study Counsellor to lead our sales team in the study abroad sector.


- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth, manage a team of counsellors, and enhance client engagement to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the study abroad sector.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Sales Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and regularly evaluate performance against targets.

Training and Development : Provide training and support to sales counsellors to improve their skills and knowledge of study abroad programs and services.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and service delivery.

Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
