Job Summary:

The Head of Sales Strategy and Growth is responsible for creating and leading sales strategies to grow the bank's business and reach revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the bank's business.

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

- Build strong relationships with key banking clients.

- Monitor sales performance and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:
