Head - Sales - Solar Invertor (13-22 yrs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Enhances, builds, and manages the company's direct sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.
- Guides product development and marketing activities to ensure that the product lines clearly reflect market requirements in residential and commercial market segments.
- Successfully executes a brand and messaging strategy that positions Company's as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry.
- Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners-distributors/System Integrators and customers.
- Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base, and develops strategies to penetrate those markets.
- Prepares an accurate forecast for Company's India product line.
- Participates in trade shows and conferences.
- Provides outstanding customer support.
- Serves as a liaison with management teams in both the India and Germany to ensure that sales targets are defined and met.
- Other duties as may be required or assigned.
Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 37,50,000 P.A.
