Head Software solutions and Services Sales

Position/ Title : Head Software Services and Solution Sales

Reporting MD :

Profile Specifics :

Location of Position : Mumbai

Qualifications : Graduate and above

Prior Experience in terms of number of years and nature of work.

- Institutional Sales experience of 10 - 14 years with good exposure to Infrastructure Services/IT facilities management/ Software implementation and Support Services/ coupled with Technical Support.

- The ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge of key Markets and verticals.

- The candidate should also have experience in operations/facility management managing P&L for PAN India ops and possess industry contacts.

- Heading the profit centre of IT Services dept.

Role & Responsibilities :

- It is in the business of Software products/ Licence Sales, Implementation Support and IT Infrastructure Services/ Facility Management Services (FMS). Clients, particularly in the BFSI, Pvt Corporate, IT ITes Services Cos, telecom industries, co.s requiring IT Outsourcing vendors.

- It is equipped with 3 regional offices with state of art facilities and a workforce of over 80 plus people.

- As the Head of Services we expect people with leadership qualities who can lead from the front. We need live wire professionals who can roll up their sleeves whenever required as well lead a team of business development and operations/delivery personnel to exceed corporate expectations

- Prior experience in managing reasonably large teams with country P&L experience is mandatory.

- Relevant experience in information management /logistics/facilities management /process outsourcing

- Reported By 5 core in house Technical leads and almost 25 on payroll as Tech leads placed at client premises across India(FMS)
