JOB DESCRIPTION

1) POSITION : Sales Head - Kolkata

2) EXPERIENCE : 10-20 Yrs

3) DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

- New Business Development

- Key Account management & Planning (Responsible for complete Ludhiana Market)

- Maintaining proper coordination between Sales and Service Team

- Keep upto date with recent market and industry trends

- Target Oriented

- Taking care of Customer satisfaction & Dealer Network

- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan

- Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business

- Maintain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits;exploring specific needs;anticipating new opportunities.

4) DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- More than 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience in key account management / business development role

- Must have good PR skills

- Excellent communication skill and coordination capability

- Should be able to make presentations as when required

- Suitable for high pressure work

- Essential sales knowledge, methodology and existing customer base

- Logistic and commercial knowledge preferred

- MBA or equivalent preferred

- Good IT skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
