Job Summary:-
We are looking for a - strategic and result-oriented Sales Head- to lead and expand our - B2B sales operations PAN India- .
- The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of - CP bathroom fittings, brass faucets, and sanitaryware industry with experience in - developing sales strategy, setting company policies, and scaling business nationwide- .
Key Responsibilities :-
Sales Strategy & Business Growth :
- Develop a - comprehensive B2B sales strategy- for PAN India expansion.
- Define - sales targets, growth plans, and expansion roadmap- for different regions.
- Identify and enter - new markets, cities, and industrial hubs- .
- Set up - structured sales processes and policies- to streamline business operations.
2. Channel Development & Market Expansion :
- Build a - nationwide dealer-distributor network- for CP fittings & brass faucets.
- Identify and onboard key - wholesalers, retailers, and B2B partners- .
- Strengthen relationships with - builders, contractors, and architects- for project-based sales.
- Develop strategies to enter - government, real estate, and institutional projects- .
3. Company Policy & SOP Development-
- Define - sales policies, pricing models, and credit control mechanisms- .
- Standardize - dealer onboarding, incentive structures, and distributor agreements- .
- Develop and enforce - sales training programs and performance tracking systems- .
- Implement - CRM tools and data-driven sales analytics- for better decision-making.
4. Revenue & Profitability Management-
- Ensure - revenue growth and profitability across all regions- .
- Set up an effective - pricing strategy and discounting policies- .
- Develop and monitor - KPIs for sales teams across India- .
5. Team Leadership & Training-
- Build and manage a - high-performing national sales team- .
- Hire, train, and mentor - regional sales heads and field sales executives- .
- Conduct - regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills- .
- Develop a - culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement- .
6. Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence-
- Keep track of - market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments- .
- Identify - gaps in the market- and suggest - new product developments- .
- Develop strategic initiatives for company.
Key Requirements:-
- 8-12 years- of experience in - B2B sales & business development- in the bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, or building materials industry.
Proven experience in - scaling business operations PAN India- .
Strong knowledge of - dealer-distributor network development and project sales- .
Ability to - formulate sales strategies, define policies, and optimize business operations- .
Excellent - leadership, negotiation, and communication- skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in - data-driven decision-making and CRM tools- .
Willingness to - travel extensively across India- .
Preferred Qualifications:-
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy- (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working with - top brands like Hindware, Cera, Jaquar, or Parryware is a plus.
