Head - Sales - SaaS Firm (15-18 yrs)
Requirements and Skills :
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Minimum of 15+ years- experience in Sales and ideally in Software Product Sales
- 5+ years of proven SaaS product sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise especially from IT environment
- Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
