Head - Sales - Residential Property (14-21 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Streamlining the sales force productivity (planning, reporting, goal setting, process optimization, job design, training, sales compensation design, recruiting and selection).
- Drive Sales team to enhance the lead generation activity
- Responsible to develop alternate channels to increase the inflow of leads / Conversion
- Accountable for revenue recognition of Customers who have booked the flat.
- Training and Development of the team for enhanced outputs.
- Strategic Planning Team Building Selling
- Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization
- Negotiation Closing Skills
