Job Description :

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals


- Assists in the development of the sales plan.

- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the upper management.

- Land and expand : build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals. Work collaboratively across teams Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in acquiring new businesses

- At least 5 years in staffing industry

- Must have experience in acquiring IT clients along with both contractual & permanent staffing business

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.

- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
