Head - Sales - Recruitment (15-20 yrs)
the candidate reporting to the Head of Temp staffing for Business Development.
Taking care of entire West region for Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad location.
Handling a team of 10-12 people reporting to you.
Ensure achievement of targets
Ensure resource allocation within team
Monitor teams performance through activity management, periodic reviews and suggests corrective actions.
People Management
Responsible for recruitment of direct reports and other critical resources
Responsible for induction and onboarding of new recruits
Provide guidance and coaching to team
Motivate and empower teams to deliver team goals
Demonstrate a proven track record in managing profit centres with strong leadership, networking capability, customer service skills and effective team management skills.
This position is for the Temp Staffing division of Teamlease Services, wherein you are required to acquire new client for the organization who are interested in Staffing Services across all industrial sectors.
