Head - Sales - Real Estate (8-13 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
Team Management :
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team's effectiveness.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Drive customer acquisition through effective sales processes and relationship building.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Market Expansion :
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in real estate, mutual funds, or financial products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
- Experience with Sales of Real Estate, Mutual Funds, Financial Products is preferred.
