We are hiring for a firm whose main business is to sell and construct residential villas and projects, develop properties and deal with real estate.
The Job :
Key responsibilities areas :
- Responsible for generating enquires sales and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
- Responsible for generating sales and developing business opportunities with new customers.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product launches.
- Report on sales activities to the management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
Experience - 5- 20 years.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft office is mandatory.
- Honest, logical thinking, sophisticated with fluent Communication Skills.
