Head - Sales - Real Estate (3-10 yrs)
Experience : Should have multiple industry experience of 6 years with minimum 3 years experience in a Site Sales Management capacity with Real Estate Firms.
PROFILE
Sales
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers.
- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
- Drive Sales, manage product launch from start to finish as well as build and manage the brand.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Create the annual budgets with the President Sales and Marketing
- Introduce cost control measures and ensure high profitability
Process Improvement and People Management
- Establish operating mechanisms for the department and ensure all the SOPs are followed
- Ensure efficiencies by process improvement.
- Manage and support recruitment, monitor overall team goals, conduct performance appraisals, ensure skill up gradation through internal trainings, seminars etc.
- Drive engagement levels of the team, manage efficiency levels and drive timely delivery of all operational targets.
Education: Bachelors degree in a business related field, MBA is highly desirable.
