Head - Sales - Real Estate (15-25 yrs)
A Sales Head-Strategy & Development in the Delhi NCR real estate market is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the overall success of the company's sales operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, industry trends, and effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
01. Market Analysis & Research:
In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, project highlights & landmarks, project accessibilities etc.
02. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Create sales plans, quotas, and targets for the Delhi NCR region.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and devise effective go-to-market strategies.
- Proven track record of selling successful real estate project (residential as well as commercials).
03. Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with partners, suppliers, and investors.
04. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for the company's growth.
05. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to sales representatives.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
06. Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and channel partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
07. Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance against key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns.
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
08. Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with clients and partners to close deals effectively.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize revenue
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate (Developers only) sales and marketing, preferably in the Delhi NCR region.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR (Specially for Noida & Greater Noida) real estate market, including market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
