Head - Sales - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)
We are looking for HEAD SALES (REAL ESTATE)
Relevant experience of about 14 - 18 years in real estate industry.
Candidate must have a great exposure of Residential sales as well as commercial sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
- To plan, strategize and direct the Sales function to ensure achievement of monthly/annual sales and revenue budget against the annual business plan.
- Leading price negotiations with clients and establishing excellent working relationships with them. - Adopting feasible sales strategies by analyzing the potential of the client /product through consistent market research.
- Work as a business strategist to contribute in the expansion of the GreatValue Group.
- Complete ownership of system / procedure / control / lead management.
- Formulate appropriate sales strategies for the ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Lead and motivate the team of sales and other support staff to increase sales, conduct regular meetings with sales team to discuss status.
- Manage Channel sales and Broker network,acquire new channel partners.
- Prepare quarterly budgets and cash flows as per business plans periodically.
- Strategy & execution of sales transactions for the residential real estate vertical.
- Assure the filing of all legal and regulatory documents, monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate with any Specialization. MBA in marketing preferred. Pleasing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
