Head - Sales - Publication Houses (15-18 yrs)
We are hiring Sales Head for one of the leading publication houses, the candidate selected shall manage the complete Mumbai region and generate revenue across, Maharashtra along and manage tracking of Sales and Collections
- Check Achieved target vs actual target for team members and Budget spent and utilized
- Execution of Sales Plan in alignment with approved and defined budgets
- Support sales function effectively and ensuring sales capability building for all the verticals in Maharashtra region
- Managing team of Regional Sales Manager, Business Manager, Senior, Sales Executives and Business Development Executives
- Achieve all quarterly and annual targets of self and team
- Preferred Graduate /MBA candidates in a age group of 45 years
- Only candidates from Publication & Education Industry will be considered.
- Must have managed team size of 40 plus reportee's
