Job Title : Product Rental Head
Location : Hyderabad
Profile Overview :
The Head of Rental Division will be responsible for leading and managing the entire rental business. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the division meets its financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial vehicle and equipment rental operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the rental business, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Oversee the daily operations of the rental division, ensuring efficient fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the rental division, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with other businesses, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance the rental division's market presence.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and company policies, including vehicle safety and environmental standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in the commercial vehicle and/or equipment rental industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
