Head - Sales - Preowned Vehicles (10-20 yrs)
- Business Volume & Growth - Procurement & Retail
- Own all Revenue, Volume & Growth plans and overall sales strategies for the business
- Design distribution model, prepare annual forecasts. Develop MPCPs, recruit & train front-end sales team
- Build procurement funnel, sales processes and monitor steady-state procurement & retail channels for throughput and efficiency
- Collaborate with all other business stakeholders for platform enablement on B&M processes. Auditing different Process of the business regularly
- Establish local partnerships and relationships to enable earned media, tactical tie-ups to drive low-cost procurement and retail activities in the catchment areas
Channel Management :
- Analyze market potential & business opportunities to translate them into Expansion roadmaps, manpower projections.
- Manage all aspects of Franchisee Relationships for making it profitable
- Ensure Franchisee development on company mandated SOPs/Guidelines on Infrastructure, Systems, Process and People requirements
- Evaluate/identify the potential dealer and teams and provide suitable opportunities or challenges
- Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy to achieve business target
- Conduct weekly PDCA with Regional Managers for business improvement actions
Business Profit & Profitability :
- Coordinate from the company side to close on all financial dealings with the franchisees
- Drive new monetization opportunities, Ensure optimum resource utilization for better cost efficiencies
- Improve Revenue per unit through selling from Value-Added/Allied Services for both Dealer & Company.
- Check the company standards adherence and initiate corrective actions based on mystery customer audit
Market Intelligence :
- Systemically collate, monitor and share - market trends, competition insights, broker market feedback etc. on monthly basis
- Understand consumer demand on both procurement and retail side
Customer Experience & Retention:
- First custodian of Customer Experience and Retention
- Deliver & Communicate Company's Advantage to the consumer as key USP
- Identify customer expectation, Measure Gaps, Translate/ Align to process, Audit process adherence & Take corrective actions
- Grievance resolution & customer delight
