Designation : Wealth Management Head ( PMS )
Location : Mumbai- Goregaon
Job Description :
- Strategizing the plan for the Business Growth across different markets
- Driving business by focusing on increase in AUM - PMS n Wealth Products
- Working with the Product team to identify new products
- Developing and Managing a team of RMs
- Monitoring and addressing stakeholder query - clients/ RM- s/ Associates/ Management
- Monitoring and assisting compliance, auditing, reconciliation and other operation activities
- Meeting/ review with team members on periodical basis to ensure smooth functioning all business aspects like advisory, PMS, Financial planning etc.
- Meeting with some important HNI clients and few prospects, assisting employees in lead closures
- Reviewing financial plans and recommendations made by team members for HNI clients
- Responsible for the P&L of the Business Unit
Qualification : MBA Finance / CFA/ CA
Experience : Minimum 10+ years in Wealth Management
