Hiring for Head Sales & Marketing for Plastic Container Manufacturing Company

Location- Noida

Exp-15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Having exp of working closely with Founders

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and tracking performance against targets.

- Revenue Growth: Set ambitious sales targets and lead the team in achieving or exceeding these goals through innovative approaches and customer solutions.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and identifying upsell opportunities.

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall company objectives.

- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies, enhance the customer experience, and support business growth.

- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize team productivity.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 15 years of sales experience, with at least 10 years in a sales leadership role.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving/exceeding sales targets in previous roles.

- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop sales professionals.

- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies, with a focus on sustainable growth.

- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
