Head - Sales - Pharma (15-18 yrs)
A Leading pharma consumer MNC company is looking for Sales head for consumer business. Preferred candidates from only consumer/FMCG industry with 15 years of experience in sales.
Major Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives of Consumer Healthcare Team.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Analyse, plan and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and KOL.
- Accomplishes national sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees
- Achieves national sales operational objectives by contributing national sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
- Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate and guide sales team for maintaining relationships and generating prescriptions
- Ensure adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team
Preferred Candidate :
- He should be a dynamic, high energy individual with proven organization and time management skills.
- He must exhibit exceptional communication skills and have the ability to ensure that key stakeholders within the company receive all relevant sales, customer, and product information during the product development and sales process.
- This person will have a proven track record of successfully landing large strategic accounts and sustaining the business over several years. Total 15 years of experience in sales in consumer/ FMCG business.
