Head - Sales & Partnership - PAPG Solutions & Services (10-15 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnership to lead our client onboarding initiatives for PAPG (Payment Aggregator and Payment Gateway) solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships, driving merchant acquisition, and ensuring seamless integration of our payment solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, functional expertise, and hands-on execution to drive growth and maintain our competitive edge in the payment processing industry.
In this role, you have the opportunity to :
- Lead the strategic development and execution of client onboarding processes for PAPG solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance our service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
1) Functional Expertise:
- Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance merchant acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for payment processing.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to customize solutions that meet client needs.
2) Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
3) Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve our offerings.
- Develop innovative solutions to streamline onboarding and enhance the client experience.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the payment processing industry, with a focus on client onboarding and partnership management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing successful partnerships

- Deep understanding of payment aggregation and gateway services.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
