Head - Sales Operations - Education (5-10 yrs)
- Co-ordinate with Teachers, Schools, Colleges, and Educational Institutions & provide day to day support for the system/product under development
- Build a strong relationship with the existing portfolio of clients, manage customer service & ensure customer retention
- Achieve and exceed sales goal & KPIs set by the Manager
- Provide sound advice to potential and existing customers
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction & completion of tasks as per deadline which includes reporting to the development team on fixes needed
- Create and Conceptualise strategies with senior management
- Develop policies that will correlate with strategies
- Set up MIS based processes with the team to ensure timely execution of tasks as per the above strategy
- Define product roadmap
- Create effective communication workflows
- Relieve the Principal and Head of Technology of as much of the administrative burden as possible
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback
What do we require?
- An Operations cum Salesperson with a proven, successful background in sales and operations management with 5-8 years experience in the EdTech space
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- MBA from a premier Institute is a must
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
- A strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation and pitching skills
