Head - Sales & Operations - Diagnostic & Dialysis Division (12-17 yrs)
About Our Client:
Our Client is a world class health care provider, aiming to bring comprehensive dialaysis care solutions through its Diagnostics & Dialysis Units. Their operations spreading across 60 centers across India.
Key Responsibilities:
1) He will be responsible for business development, driving Nephrologist Tie-up based Dialysis unit & Hospital based Dialysis Units.
2) He will be responsible for driving footfalls in existing dialysis units, by ties up with nearby Nephrologist, GP, Cardio & Hospitals.
3) He will be responsible for driving revenue along with profitability to new heights with a motto to become Number 1 Dialysis company in India in next 5 years- time
4) Work very closely with various Govt agencies for PPP for Dialysis.
5) Will be responsible for profitability of existing Dialysis units.
6) He will work closely with COO for entering into new markets for expansions
7) He will work very closely with Ops head for creating Patient engagements and patient loyalty to Apollo Dialysis
8) He will work closely with existing doctors and engagement of Doctors with business.
Desired Profile:
- 12-14 Years of Experience in Individual should have proven work experience with Dialysis Machine Industry who in Sales & Business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Self-starter.
- Creative and innovative approach.
Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA
