Head - Sales & Operations (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational activities related to ticketing, hotel bookings, and group handling.
- Ensure smooth execution of all travel-related services for clients, from booking air tickets to coordinating hotel accommodations and managing group travel.
- Manage and lead the operations team to ensure efficient workflows, timely responses, and high-quality service.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for travel services and handle all operational negotiations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the operations team, providing support and guidance when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement new operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry with a focus on ticketing, hotel bookings, and group handling.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of travel-related operations and services.
- Proactive, quick-thinking, and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Decent experience in leading teams and ensuring high operational standards.
