1. Spearhead the NDPMS Sales business
2. Oversee complete NDPMS Sales business with a long term business growth
3. Proactively work with various sales team for driving the business
4. Increase customer engagement and product visibility for internal and external customer
5. Should have strong marketing strategies and innovative skills
6. Should have strong presentation skills and strength of competition analysis
7. Plan and organize sales strategy for the product
8. Will be the Product specialist and Marketing expert for NDPMS Product
9. Will be the key person managing the assigned regions and driving the business
10. Will play key role in product development and overall business growth
11. Focus will be on increasing the AUM and revenue for the business
12. Meet HNI customers for NDPMS offering
13. Managing the after sales service of existing and new customers
14. Understanding and interest in Equity Market will be an added advantage
