Head - Sales - Media Firm (8-12 yrs)
- Assuming charge of the group and owning the vertical revenue
- Must be able to pivot from a prepared stance based on the conversation and possess the intelligence and presence of mind to address the business owner's objections and concerns immediately.
- Build connections with new, specialised Clients to broaden our reach.
- Keep an eye on trends and statistics to recommend products and prices to our clients.
- Maintain solid relationships with our current partner websites to see how we can support their growth and to determine which product offers and price points are most appropriate for their business model.
- Create new business prospects and cultivate connections.
- Profound client engagement through in-person, internet, and telephone interactions
- Discover business prospects by researching a certain market or industry
- Recognize the demands of the customer's business and acquire product expertise to address those needs.
- Supporting clients by providing clear guidance and answers whenever possible
- Offer customers technical guidance through our technical staff
- Clearly and confidently preparing for and presenting software presentations and demonstrations to customers (both face-to-face, online and over the telephone)
- Ensuring high quality of service by learning in-depth about the technical requirements and other aspects of the employer's systems and operations.
- Achieving management-set sales goals and helping with location goals
- Capable of accepting responsibility and working flexibly
Experience : 8+ years of experience overall
Location : Chandigarh and Indore
