Head - Sales - Media (4-7 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals for the team.
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
- Make sure that the daily tasks are met eg. cold calling/follow-ups with students.
- Capacity to manage the sales team and drive the team to meet tight deadlines.
- Make sure that the evaluations and assessments are circulated to students who had applied on time
- Coordinate with the Operations teams for leads and other sales activities.
- Conducting various promotional activities/events/field activities to drive sales.
- Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
- Conduct weekly team meetings.
- Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Lead and motivate the team to improve sales techniques.
- Tying up with various Educational Institutions for timely guest lectures.
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years- experience in a similar role.
- Candidates with Digital Marketing Experience/field will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
