Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the importance of sales procedure and Business development.
- Able to generate Revenue model, Sales activities, Marketing strategies.
- Business acquisition - generate new distributor pool across India.
- Develop sales executives network across India. Candidate may have to help in recruitment part for sales executives.
- Prepare and implementation of strategies and planning for sales and marketing.
- Effective sales planning by way of implementing all company procedures and strategies.
- Following the total order management policy for the major client-age base
- Achievement of sales target as per management sales planning.
- Generation of various MIS report i.e. Daily sales report, Quality Data, Market Activities, Customer requirement and competitor activities.
- Collect and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and prepare future planning according this.
- Client interaction and negotiation with major client. (Able to crack high deals.)
- Depot Inventory Planning & Coordination with H.O.(Plant)
Requirements :
- Candidate is open to work across India.
- Build-up and manage sales network across India.
- Candidate must have the experience of Mattress, Foaming, Furnishing & Furniture Industries with total of (5- 10) years of experience
