Head - Sales & Marketing - Textile (8-15 yrs)

POSITION : Head- Sales and Marketing

REPORTING TO : Chief Operating Officer

LOCATION : Gurgaon

Job Profile:

This is a senior and a critical position. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for designing the presentation of products and managing promotions and displays of merchandise. The Head will arrange store displays and offer product giveaways or specials discounts. He/She will develop improvement plans; produce monthly reports, and research product implementation. The Head must also assist in pricing, budgeting, and creating profit and loss statements.

Key Point:

- TDPL is looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing

- The position will be based in Gurgaon

- The position will report to the COO .

The Key Responsibilities of this role:

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and develop new buyers/new markets - national & international, to diversify the portfolio.

- Conduct sales forecasting for new collections based on sales reports, customer feedback, the market trend and competitor analysis.

- Prepare business plans giving indications of sales volume, trends and profitability.

- Develop sales strategies and set sales targets.

- Analysis of the monthly sales MIS reports.

- Overlook retail store merchandising budget and targets.

Marketing:

- Vendor identification and tie ups keeping costs and price points in mind.

- Quality check and control.

Production:

- Collaborate with production, quality and logistics departments to ensure timely execution of all orders.
