We would like you to working on our staffing requirements. Currently, there is one opening for a Marketing Head in GOA. A few prerequisites for the candidate are :
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors/ MBA Marketing degree
- He or she must well versed with all the Marketing concepts
- Designation will be Marketing Head
- Fluent in Communication skills
- Salary - based on last drawn
- Knowledge of English/Hindi and Konkani/ Marathi is a must.
- Two wheeler / Four Wheeler will be an added advantage

Job Description : Marketing & Sales
1. Preparation / Implementation of Marketing Strategies with Midweek/ Mid month reviews
2. Responsibility and recruitment of Marketing Team
3. Preparation of Monthly/ Weekly Sales Target / Sales Reports & reviewing the same.
4. Preparation of Media Plan
5. Coordination with Creative designer and Ad agencies
6. Project Launch Plans
7. Coordination with Admin Staff / Accounts and Collection departments for daily routine works
8. Coordination with Legal advisor on execution/ follow-up of Agreements
9. Interactions with Bank officials writ Loan Sanctions / Disbursements of Client Loans
10. Interaction/ maintaining relationship with Sub registrar to register Agreements, Govt formalities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Call customers/Answer incoming calls and setup site visits
- Handle all communication with existing customers
- Monitoring of sales and payment collections
- Handling channel partners
- Sending Quotes & Proposals.
- Application Processing
- Registration preparation
- Maintaining a Database of the existing & prospective clients.
- Interacting with them & keep them informed about current and upcoming projects.
- Filing & record keeping
- Handle Site visits if and when required
- MIS Reports
- Proficient in MS Office
Environmental Attributes :
- Ability to work under pressure

- Well Organized and knowledge of topography of the market is a must.
