Position Overview :


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Marketing Strategy and Brand Management :

- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote company properties and services.

- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.

- Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Team Leadership and Development :

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.

- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the sales and marketing department.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales and marketing process.

- Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- Implement systems and processes to track customer interactions and improve retention rates.

Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

- Analyse the market and improve the product as per the trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on team building, coaching, and mentorship.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales software.

- Creative problem solver with a results-oriented mindset.
