Job Description:

- This startup is being newly established (an Off-shoot of IRIS HIGHTECH), having deep roots and experience in the Information Technology sector with expertise in Cyber Security solutions. It has aspirations to grow significantly across the Indian, South East Asian, Middle East & Africa markets.

- The Founder is a serial entrepreneur in IT, Chartered Accountant by profession, having 28+ years of experience in implementing successful business strategies. Highly experienced leader in motivating galvanized teams to produce significant shareholder value and possesses a distinguished background in building and creating organizations in India and Asia, while managing strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

- He is passionate about creating meaningful impact on business, products, people, and society.

- He is a deep thinker, who loves solving problems and getting things done!

- He was also awarded recently as "Top 100 India Greatest Business leaders" for the year 2018-19 by Asia-One, URS media consulting.

- We are looking for a Director-level Sales executive to shape our sales organisation and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives across enterprise and mid-market sales. The person should be excited being part of his own organisation, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

The important elements are:

- Domain Knowledge.

- Willingness to become an Entrepreneur and be a Co-owner of the company

- Compensation will have a basic fix amount plus large profit sharing and ESOPS.

Responsibilities:

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Build a sound team of Sales & Marketing, with clear laid performance KPI's.

- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales managers/ executive, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

- Land and expand: Build process and create a funnel for business, enable relationships at OEM onboarding, activation, and expansion.

- Evangelize our products & solution offerings and personally help close largest deals

- Work collaboratively across teams - including Technology, Product and Marketing.

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives

- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

- Own the Profit & loss of the business.

Skills and Qualifications:


- Over 12 years of core enterprise sales experience including management of teams and a track record of exceeding quota

- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

- Strong leadership and team building skills

- Strong communication and team building skills.

- Willing to work for a start up and ability to adopt & understand start up challenges.

- Finding a baby and nourishing & growing it like your own.

Required Qualification :

- Graduation - Any Graduate in Other - Not Required Per/CGPA
