Job Description:-
As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, sales and strengthening our market position. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract patients, enhance brand awareness, and promote our range of healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet organizational objectives and revenue goals.
2. Lead the sales and marketing department, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve exceptional results.
3. Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitive trends to drive business expansion.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, physicians, referring healthcare professionals, and corporate partners.
5. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, online platforms, and other digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.

Qualifications :
1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in core sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry (hospital/hotel experience preferred).
2. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, resulting in business growth and increased market share.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the hospital effectively.
5. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, with experience in executing successful campaigns across various online platforms.
