Head - Sales & Marketing - Fintech (15-20 yrs)
- 15+ years of B2B sales and marketing experience with at least 5 years of Senior Managerial experience.
- Proven track record of implementing B2B sales & marketing activities
- Complete Business P/L responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to identify New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities
- Define the revenue model for each Product/ Business
- Designs, implements & manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Publishing relevant MIS and share analysis with Stakeholders
- Work with Regional teams to develop the plan for company product portfolio & expansion. Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competition landscaping, competitor sales etc.)
- Region wise target setting and reviewing the same as per the market dynamics, assisting the team in achieving the same.
- Define and Implement marketing and branding strategy for each market
- Maintaining & Building relationships with all the Key Customer Accounts
- Superior writing, presentation and overall communication skills and the ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey business need and client benefit.
- Should be a team player & work towards achieving the company goal & objectives
