A fast growing Start-up is looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing, this role is based in Bangalore
Job Description :
Position: Head Sales/Marketing
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 6 - 10 Yrs.
Can be from any industry with experience in enterprise selling.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Will be heading the sales and marketing team.
- Will be responsible for building the sales process from scratch and build the team under him. Putting systems and defining the sales funnels, metrics.
- Will be building its own team for the various sales activities.
- Will be responsible for building the brand value of the company by putting proper process of offline and online marketing. There is no marketing in place.
- Digital marketing has been outsourced. This person has to monitor, coordinate and evaluate it.
- Will be working closely with the founders to set up everything when it comes to sales and marketing, strategizing the sales process and structuring it.
- Have to own the brand and take full responsibility.
- Will be in charge of the whole sales process from Lead generation to closure.
Profile:
- Must have good knowledge of enterprise selling
- Must have knowledge of digital marketing and offline marketing.
Must have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and negotiations skills.
- Must be hands on, flexible, creative in approach.
- Must be comfortable in working in a startup culture.
- Must be willing to work towards setting up systems and team.
